The $600 Equipment Manager

I'd like to hear from all the equipment managers that made over $600. Let's see... if the average hourly wage of an equipment manager was/is say $5.25, and they work for an average of say 8 hours a week that would be $42. But don't forget Uncle Sam takes about 33% of that so more like $28 a week. Let's be generous and say $30. Doing simple math that means you'd never make it to $600 in a semester, unless you had an accident. That's right, in the Fall semester of 1996 David Rasmussen had an accident... a terrible accident. He lost his arm in that accident. But they said they didn't care what the cost, they had to rebuild him. The University approved an expense of $600 to make David Rasmussen better, stronger, faster. Who authorized this is not important, but it was just in the nick of time because little did Rasmussen know but he would have to save the country's largest cities from the arch villain Dr. Redfox.

Sinus Inspection

I was sitting in the car this morning thinking I should write a blog entry about my current sinus infection. Now I carpool, and the guy I ride in with doesn't think that there is any truth to color of snot. I thought that yellow snot was a sign of sinus infection and green was allergies. Normally my snot is clear or cloudy, but over the weekend I got a lot of pressure in my sinuses and the results of a nose blow were thick and yellow. If anyone out there has some knowledge or insight on how to quickly get over a sinus infection (or whatever it is I have), please reply. Knowing about three people read this blog because it's unpdated so infrequently I guess I'll have to visit some health sites and see what I can find. But I was really hoping someone else would do that. It's kind of like getting good mail or an email from a friend. Thanks in advance.
